since last good 12 years i am directly involved with the customer services. this also includes half of the years with montioring quality of services. i always tried to find out good material about service quality evaluation and monitoring. but was not able to find out good resource which satisfied my need of research or i would i rather called it google search. so i thought to provide all good resourses at one place, this would help others to find useful artiles and resourses from one place....
